Wiggly Bridge Reposado Agave Blue (750mL)

Wiggly Bridge Reposado Agave Blue is made from 100 percent blue agave, no sugar added. The blue agave plant, a relative of the aloe plant and its juices, is distilled into agave, otherwise known as tequila. Just as champagne cannot be called champagne unless it was made in the region of Champagne, France, by law tequila cannot be called tequila unless it is made in Mexico.

Wiggly Bridge ages their Agave Blue Reposado from 2-11 months in their rum and bourbon barrels, which adds an amazing complexity to the spirits from these barrel types.

Wiggly Bridge Reposado Agave Blue Tasting Notes:

Color: a light amber

Palate: Clean, fruity (pear, green apple cantaloupe) flavors are accented with a subtle hit of allspice, cardamom and cinnamon. A hint of green pepper enters the scene and leaves with a drop of vanilla, a sprinkle of salt and whiff of smoke. There’s just enough influence from the oak to give it character without taking over.
