Which States Do You Ship to?
We have an extensive shipping range; however, we cannot ship to the following states due to local laws regarding online alcohol purchases:

- Pennsylvania

- Utah
Unfortunately we do not ship to United States Territories such as:
- American Samoa.

- U.S. Virgin Islands.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is available only via Express Air shipping. We do not ship Canada & Mexico or other international destinations at this time.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
By placing an order with us, you authorize us to engage a third-party carrier of our choosing to fulfill the delivery. You must also ensure that a person 21 years of age or older is available to receive your package.
If you will not be available to receive your package or would like it held for a more convenient pickup time, please contact the applicable courier directly.
Orders shipping via the Saver/Flat rate (where available) typically take approximately 5–7 days to have local carrier tracking assigned. Once tracking is assigned, your order should be delivered within 5–7 business days. Please note that we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date. The carrier will attempt delivery three times before the package is returned to sender. If an additional delivery attempt is needed, an extra delivery fee will apply.
How Does Shipping Work?
- You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcoholic beverages. The purchase of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited by law. By ordering through this website, you are verifying to us that you are 21 years of age or older.
- A signature will be required upon delivery from a person over the age of 21. A valid ID will be required. If no adult is available to sign for the package, the package will not be delivered, and the carrier will leave a door tag notifying you that a delivery attempt was made.
- Orders that are returned due to incorrect addresses, multiple failed delivery attempts, or being refused by the recipient will be refunded minus a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee of the order subtotal, as well as the shipping fees.
- Any order that is refused or returned after three delivery attempts will be refunded for the product amount only. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and a restocking fee may apply.
- If you require any changes to the name or address on your order, please contact us before your order has been shipped. Once your order has shipped, changes may not be possible and may incur an additional fee.
- Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, FPO/APO addresses, or freight forwarding services. However, you may purchase products from LoveScotch by providing an alternative shipping address other than a PO Box, FPO, or APO.
- Please note: All alcoholic beverages sold through this website are sold in California. We make no representation regarding your right to ship wine or spirits into your state. Laws governing the sale and transportation of alcoholic beverages are complex and constantly changing. We strongly advise you to check the laws within your own state before ordering. We make no representation regarding the legal rights of anyone to ship into any state outside California, and by placing an order, you accept responsibility for any tax or duty liabilities that may arise from receiving the order.
- By ordering through us, you acknowledge that title to the goods passes to you as soon as payment is accepted. LoveScotch does not own inventory but passes orders through to a licensed retailer, who arranges transportation of the products as a service to the purchaser. By utilizing this service, the purchaser affirms compliance with all local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of wine, liquor, and beer products. By placing an order through this website, the purchaser authorizes this website to select a common carrier service to deliver the order.
- Unless specified in the Special Instructions by the customer, we do not ship items in their original packaging. This is to increase the durability of products during transit.
Does FTL guarantee that product packaging will match the website images?
Small and Medium size Distilleries and brands often change the packaging of their products, including bottles and exterior boxes. ForTequilaLovers does its best to update product images in our store with the most current imagery; however, we do not guarantee that the packaging you receive will be identical to the image on our website.
If you are ordering a product specifically because you want the packaging shown in our store’s image, please contact us first to confirm that we have that packaging in stock and can ship it to you.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for orders once they have been delivered. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order, please contact us right away. Our goal is to provide every customer with a positive and satisfying shopping experience, and we welcome feedback of any kind at all times.
If you believe there has been an error on our part, for example, you received the wrong product or your order was incomplete, we will correct the issue immediately once we receive your notice. Claims must be submitted via email within 7 days of the delivery date. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and, if applicable, supporting photos so we can resolve the matter quickly and efficiently.
