Rested a few weeks in grand cru sauternes wine casks and cognac barrels, Excellia™ Blanco is clear with a faint of gold shade. The nose reveals cloves, tobacco and toast/brioche notes. On the palate, Excellia™ Blanco is complex with a mix of spices, vanilla, fruits and leather aromas. The finish is long on the mid-palate and presents dried spices and faint jasmine notes.

This unique Tequila sees just a few weeks in Sauternes and Cognac barrels. The end result is a pale straw tinge and a sweet aroma that mixes honeysuckle and citrus. On the palate, this is a zesty, mouthwatering blanco, with lots of jalapeno, cayenne and black pepper flavor. The spicy finish is tempered by a hint of vanilla. Compared to the company’s lovely reposado, the blanco feels slightly raw. Consider this lively contender for margaritas and other cocktails.
