During production, it undergoes an open-air fermentation process in wooden tanks with fibers, which helps to enhance its depth and complexity. It is distilled twice in copper pots and then aged in a unique combination of American White Oak, used whisky barrels, which lends it distinct notes of vanilla and spice. This meticulous process ensures an additive free tequila, offering a pure expression of its regional and production characteristics.
