Batanga Reposado Tequila 750 mL
Batanga Reposado Tequila 750 mL is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila made in Tequila, Mexico. Batanga describes agave hearts cooked in traditional masonry brick ovens, then fermented and double distilled. The reposado expression is aged in American oak barrels, bringing a distinct profile from Batanga Blanco while keeping agave in the expression.
On the palate, Batanga identifies coffee, vanilla and toffee notes from the barrel, joined by warming spice developed during production. The result is a rich, layered profile with sweet and spice impressions rather than an unaged blanco's brighter fruit emphasis. Its amber appearance and orange label distinguish this reposado from the brand's clear, turquoise-label blanco bottle.
Try it neat to follow the oak and agave together, or in a margarita where the vanilla and spice can add depth. The brand also suggests Batanga cocktails across its tequila range. This is one 750 mL bottle at 40% ABV (80 proof).
