All Anejo tequila must be aged for one year according to Mexican law. But we age El Tesoro Anejo for two to three years in oak barrels. Which is why its full and balanced flavor is known as one of the world’s best sipping tequilas. Pungent but pleasant aromas of green pepper and vegetation. The palate is equally intense with green vegetable notes, charred asparagus, and hints of flowers in the background. The texture is smooth and slightly mouth-tingling.
