Siembra Valles Elisa Extra Anejo Tequilla (750mL)

Named in honor of his daughter, David Suro introduced this stunning Single Barrel Extra Añejo to celebrate the unique nature of each barrel according to its place in the aging room at the Vivanco’s distillery. Elisa has matured in proprietary American oak barrels for over 5 years. It is bottled straight from the barrel. The alcohol content, as well as the tasting profiles vary from bottle to bottle, with notes of honey, spice, and fruit as a constant.

Elisa matures in proprietary American oak barrels for over 3 years, and is bottled straight from the barrel. The alcohol content and tasting profiles vary for each small batch, which generally feature undertones of mature fruit. It's a testament to the excellent balance of the original blanco and the American oak barrel*, and it's a frequent favorite. *All aged Siembra products feature proprietary oak barrels, untouched by any spirit that isn't Siembra. Siembra's aging program is not curated with the intent of masking the tequila with the flavors of spirits past, but rather exploring the interaction of high-quality blanco tequila and virgin wood.
