Heady aromas of vanilla, spearmint, green pepper and thyme lend a sprightly note to this blanco. The palate is brisk and bright, with savory dried oregano and a flash of sweet mint. Finishes fiery, with notes of black pepper, cayenne and hot cinnamon. - K.N.


Mellow and round. The nose is melon like with hints of flowers. The palate is clean with earthy flavors reminiscent of fresh green pastures. Light and airy in the mouth. A supporting backbone of salinity gives way to subtle spice on the finish. Delightful.
