The palate is gently sweet and lemony, with minimal smoke and a light, almost foamy texture. Sip or mix.It opens with aromas of flambeed bananas and charred green pepper. The vegetal character carries on through to the palate, as does the exotic fruit. A minerality permeates. The finish is long, the smoke subtle.
