Jalisco Highlands

The Jalisco Highlands, or Los Altos de Jalisco, is one of Mexico’s most renowned tequila-producing regions. Situated in the northeastern part of Jalisco, its high elevation, cooler climate, and rich red volcanic soil allow Blue Weber agave to grow slowly and develop naturally sweeter, fruitier, and more floral flavors than agave from the lowlands.
